By accessing or using WingsIQ ("the Service"), operated by Cobalt Oasis LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

WingsIQ is an AI-powered flight training platform providing voice ATC simulation, adaptive ground school, FAA written test preparation, and oral checkride simulation at wingsiq.ai.

3. Educational Disclaimer

WingsIQ is an educational tool only and is NOT a substitute for certified flight instruction. Always work with a certified flight instructor (CFI) for actual flight training.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use WingsIQ.

5. Subscription and Payments

• WingsIQ offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase for new subscribers

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, reproduce content without permission, or use automated tools to scrape the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and functionality of WingsIQ are owned by Cobalt Oasis LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COBALT OASIS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with notice to users via email or prominent notice on the Service.
